We pride ourselves in being socially aware of the needs of those around us. It starts with one life and if we all play our part, we can make a significant difference in the world. We are honoured to support two non-profit organisations which stem from Restoration of Hope Ministries. 

Ingane Yami Children’s Village

 REWRITING STORIES

Ingane Yami is an isiZulu word meaning “My Child.” The Children’s Village is not an orphanage in the traditional sense, rather, it is a permanent home for orphaned and vulnerable children. 

The Village is located just outside of Durban, in the Shongweni Valley. Unlike a traditional orphanage, the Village consists of individual homes. Six children live in each home under the care of a carefully selected foster mother. Their team includes social workers, an on-site Pastor, qualified teachers and a committed support team. Everyone works together to ensure each child’s emotional, educational, physical and spiritual needs are met.

 Their Mission Statement:  

“We believe that every life is precious to God and that each life that is broken and without hope can be restored. Ingane Yami exists to see each child’s story rewritten.” 

Trulife

BRAVE CHOICES = BETTER FUTURES. EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION

Trulife is a non-profit organisation that supports the next generation. Trulife provides the means to educate and inspire young people so that they can make brave choices that will lead to better futures.

Young people are growing up in an age where they face crushing pressure and complex challenges that most are ill-equipped to deal with. Trulife believes that knowledge is power and that passionate, educated and motivated young people are the key to unlocking the best future for our world. 

Trulife organises live productions, interactive workshops, dynamic seminars, original curriculums and online resources to facilitate their mission.
