Hereford Short-Term Specialists (HSTS) Core Values And Principles
Behaving with Integrity and striving for excellence are two non-negotiables at HSTS, they must be integral to everything we do. Living these values is a minimum requirement for joining and remaining part of HSTS.
These two values must be demonstrated whilst displaying the other 4 differentiating HSTS values – values that give HSTS it’s unique culture and set it apart from other organisations.

These values and principles are very important to HSTS. They are incorporated in employee’s KPI’s on which they are appraised twice a year.
HSTS requires that employees, contractors and the Company commit themselves to high standards of behaviour and that the Code of Ethics, or Company Values as we call them, are clearly communicated and understood. While our Values are clearly defined above, we go further by asking each employee’s member to sign off on these values to signify that they have read and understood these Values and that they will commit to upholding these Values whilst working with us.
