Hereford Risk Management Services (HRMS) Core Values And Principles
Behaving with Integrity and striving for excellence are two non-negotiables at HRMS, they must be integral to everything we do. Living these values is a minimum requirement for joining and remaining part of HRMS.
These two values must be demonstrated whilst displaying the other 4 differentiating HRMS values – values that give HRMS it’s unique culture and set it apart from other organisations.

These values and principles are very important to HRMS. They are incorporated in employee’s KPI’s on which they are appraised twice a year.
HRMS requires that employees, contractors and the Company commit themselves to high standards of behaviour and that the Code of Ethics, or Company Values as we call them, are clearly communicated and understood. While our Values are clearly defined above, we go further by asking each employee’s member to sign off on these values to signify that they have read and understood these Values and that they will commit to upholding these Values whilst working with us.
